The beautiful, thatched villa that was transformed into a true Franschhoek Bed & Breakfast offers an intimate tucked-away home. The newly built more contemporary villa with high ceilings in the lounge gives you a feeling of space and comfort. At Mirabelle Guesthouse the choice between a traditional or a more contemporary feel welcomes you each time you arrive at the guesthouse.
The swimming pool compliments the two buildings as the centerpiece of the garden with an al fresco outdoor entertainment area on both sides of the pool.

House Rules
- Check-in is from 14:00 – 18:00 each day – if you require a later check-in please let us know
- Check-out on the day of departure is at 11:00
- Late checkouts will be charged as follows:
- 11:00 – 13:00 – 20% daily rate
- After 13:00 – A full night’s stay
- No pets are allowed, and the house is non-smoking.
- No parties or functions allowed
- Quiet time after 22:00 in the evenings
- Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Any other terms and conditions which apply to bookings.
Deposit Policy
- 100% Payment required if the booking is made within 21 days of arrival
- 50% deposit on making of reservation
- The remainder is to be paid 21 days before arrival
Cancellation policy – if you booked a certain rate, please note the different cancellation policies associated with the rate.
21 Day Cancellation (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay
2. Cancellations 0 – 21 days before arrival will be charged a 100% cancellation fee for the entire stay
3. Cancellations 22 – 31 days or more before arrival may be canceled free of charge
Non-Refundable (Rate Booked)
1. “No Shows” or cancellations will be charged a 100% fee for the entire stay
Refunds - All refunds will have a 5% handling and administration fee
